Hotel Reservations: SCAPA has reserved a room block at the Sonesta Resort Hilton Head. The room rate is $219/night + taxes, fees, and hotel services charge. Click here to make your room reservations. The deadline for the group rate is 9/11/2026. SCAPA encourages attendees to book through our official hotel block. Reservations made outside this block, including through third-party platforms, may incur additional fees.
REGISTRATION TIPS
- Complete your registration first, then add on guests or additional attendees.
- SCAPA members receive discounted registration rates and free admission to the Friday Cookout. Please log in to register at reduced rates.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY:
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Invoices paid more than 30 days after issue may incur a late charge.
No refunds will be given for Virtual Only Registration. No refunds will be issued after September 15, 2026. Refunds for In-Person registration must be requested in writing by the deadline. In-Person attendees may choose to convert to Virtual Live registration and pay the difference in fees.
