REGISTRATION TIPS
- Complete your registration first, then add on another person (If you are registering colleague, if you want to add cookout ticket, etc. )
- You can list a minor child with identifying them by name. Write "Minor" in the first name field. Write "Child" in the last name field. Use your email address.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
No refunds will be given for Virtual Only Registration. Full Onsite Registration may be converted to Virtual Only Registration through September 15, 2025, and the difference in conference registration fees will be refunded. No refunds will be given after September 15, 2025.
Please note, canceling your Annual Conference Registration will not cancel your hotel reservation. Please contact the hotel directly to avoid unwanted charges if you must cancel your room reservation.
